A little bit about OMST
The Olde Mill Torpedoes are a recreational summer swim team located at the Olde Mill Swim Club in Millersville, just outside of Annapolis.
You may ask yourself, why should my child join the team?
There are so many reasons to join the Torpedoes but here are a few!
- A team supported by the local community.
- Builds children's confidence in the water by learning all four competitive swim strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breastroke, Butterfly).
- Learning the value of sportsmanship and teamwork.
- A healthy activity that improves swimmers strength and cardio.
- Many swimmers develop lifelong friendships on our team!
- Former swimmers who know the team from experience come back to coach.
- Most importantly plenty of fun events to keep the swimmers engaged throughout the season.
